- Can I register as an individual?
No. The TOATEST.COM platform is provided exclusively for the following professionals:
- Occupational Therapists
- Speech and Language Pathologists
- Physical Therapists
- Medical Practitioners
- Teachers, Special Needs Teachers
- Certified Life Coaches
- Once I subscribe, what do I get access to?
You will have full Free access to TOATEST.COM for 14 days. You can assess two attention profiles (or assign 2 units of tests) and get access to the reports. After the trial period, you will be invited to choose one of our subscription plans to run new tests.
- How will my client’s data be secured?
The data will be secured by the scientific company Neurotech Solutions, they comply with the most advanced security norms based on HIPAA security.
- Is there an age limit to do the test?
The test is not appropriate for children under 6 years old and adults older than 70 years old.
- Can I use the test with someone who is taking medication?
Yes, but note that some medication, such as Ritalin, might significantly impact attention.
- How can I be sure that the client is able to do the test?
The test includes a preliminary phase of training, which evaluates the ability of your client to understand and follow instructions. The test will not be launched if your client does not pass the evaluation phase.
During the test
- Can I repeat the test several times with the same client?
Yes, you can repeat the test occasionally and especially after your therapeutic or educational intervention. As a general rule, the client cannot get used to, practicing or anticipating the test, so you can repeat the test several times. For each client, you can run four tests and compare them without having to worry about the client memorizing the patterns as they are different each time.
- When is it appropriate to do a second test with my client?
Attention is a cognitive function which can be progressively improved throughout your treatment plan. We recommend that you re-test your clients once they have achieved the goals that you have set with them. It is not necessary to repeat the test too often unless you suspect circumstances and specific conditions, e.g. medications, stress, illness, have influenced previous test performance and overall function.
- What if the client cannot finish the test?
The test is stopped after two minutes without a response from the user. The test is marked as incomplete. You will not be charged for an incomplete test.
- Can we have a break during the test?
No, the test evaluates the attention span within a specific period of time. You cannot suspend the test once it has started. You can still cancel the test if your client cannot finish.
- Can I use the results to diagnose ADHD or ADD?
No, TOATEST.COM is a learning test. It helps to determine an attention profile and evaluates the progress of your clients, but it is not intended to diagnose disorders or diseases.
- What is the science behind the test?
TOATEST.COM is based on a scientifically proven test of attention called «Moxo» originally created to measure the impact of medications on ADHD clients.
TOATEST.COM has been designed as a tool to get a global evaluation of learning skills based on attention and is not intended to diagnose ADHD or any other disorders.
- What if the results show severe difficulties?
Remember that the test cannot lead to diagnose trouble or disease. Still, if it shows severe difficulties and if you are not trained or licensed to help with the problems that the test may reveal, we recommend that you refer your client to a licensed specialist and/or clinician.
- How are the metrics calculated?
A performance score is calculated for each phase of the test, with or without distractors. The top score is 100. The score decreases based on incorrect, or inappropriate, or wrongly timed answers in each phase of the test. The Z-score is a metric which compares the score of your client with the standard scores for a population with same age and same gender.

- How do I get a refund?
Refunds are available for any purchase made through TOATEST.COM within the last 14 days, except for renewal of purchase. You cannot request a refund if you already have used some of the units included in your package. To request a refund, complete the form here.
- What type of payment do you accept?
We accept all credit cards. All payments are secured by stripe.com. We don’t have access to your credit card details.
- How can I stop my subscription?
You can stop your subscription at any time. Go to the settings section in your member’s access and turn off the auto renew option. If you have chosen to be charged every month, your subscription will stop at the end of the current month. If you have chosen to prepay several months in advance to benefit from one of our discount plans, your subscription will be stopped at the end of the period for which you have already paid.
- What if I run out of units?
You can still access TOATEST.COM and your previous client’s profile and run post tests for a period of 160 days. You won’t be able to create a new client profile. You have purchased new ones or upgrade your membership.
- Can I access the TOATEST.COM platform if there is no units available?
Yes, and you can access the reports from your previous tests. You can still run new post tests of attention for 160 days.
- Can I upgrade or downgrade my account?
Yes, you can access your settings and change the preferences in your membership plan.
A new payment will be required, even if you wish to downgrade your account.
- Can I temporarily suspend my account?
You can cancel your subscription whenever you want. You will always have access to your account unless you wish us to delete it. To learn more, we invite you to read our Terms of Sale section.
